About Me

Hello, I'm Veronica Ramos and I am a lifelong learner and educator. I have experience teaching both young adults and young children in elementary and higher education settings.  I have several roles in education, as a teacher, technology coach, and as an adjunct faculty member in the college of education. I enjoy helping others and being a team player with both students and faculty. I have an interest in several educational topics such as social justice, ELL reform, technology implementation, and teaching STEM-related activities/lessons.

During my downtime, I enjoy. spending quality time with my family, and participating in activities that bring us closer together. Whether it's volunteering at my children's school, where I have contribute to their education and well-being, or lending a helping hand to local communities, I find joy in giving back to my family and community. You can often find me participating in half marathons, not only as a personal fitness challenge but also as a way to raise funds and awareness for charitable causes. When I seek moments of tranquility, I turn to yoga, where I not only focus on my own well-being but also explore ways to support and uplift others. Lastly, I have a great appreciation for thought-provoking documentaries, as they offer me valuable insights into the world and inspire me to take action towards making a positive difference.
